Con, the collector car segment has been seriously deprived in Greece, almost non-existent for decades. Prices of services like insurance are crazy and they are just now starting to rise above all of this to truly enjoy classic cars. Do you have a passion for collecting or driving classic or exotic cars? If so, Do you invest in classic cars? What are some of your favorites and what do you have? Australia seems to be mad about these cars.

Since it impossible to fund a commercial property venture without some serious gearing what is the process you followed when starting up in order to get banks/investors on board?and what advise would you give a would be developer in the current climate where banks expect at least 30% down with a leased investment and who knows how they view a ‘blue sky’ venture? -
